Bashara appeal rejected

The Michigan Court of Appeals affirmed Bob Bashara's 2014 convictions stemming from the 2012 murder of his wife, Jane Bashara. In its unpublished opinion, the Court offers the public a lot of details that may be been left out of the media reports because of story page limits and word counts. In addition to the sordid conspiracy, the opinion offers insight about how cell phones factor into today's forensic investigations.
