I’m taking a break from court and appeals for the next three days to attend the SADO-MAACS Appellate Writing Workshop. This three-day program looks to be a pretty valuable opportunity to hone my appellate research and writing skills. This is my third SADO-MAACS appellate training since October 2018, which totals 40+ hours of appellate writing training! Compare that to the average law school class taking about 52 hours without exams and you can see that SADO-MAACS is pretty serious about producing some quality work-product. What a huge resource for appellate attorneys.

Update:The workshop was fantastic! SADO/MAACS continues to impress by providing the most helpful practical legal education I’ve received. The instructors were all top-notch and definitely brought their A game. I look forward to incorporating these new skills into my appellate practice other legal writing.
